At Peptides Australia, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality of our products. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of peptides, all sales are final once the product has been dispatched. And we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account. Depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
